Who remembers this song from the 60's. I do but until just recently I had not idea this was a white group and they were called The Newbeats and the lead singer was a man not a female. His name was Larry Henley. So strange to see that high pitched voice from a guy   Man what a different day and time that was

I do remember the tune, but I got too distracted thinking that lead vocalist reminded me of Bill Clinton every time I saw him.

What I found surprising was singer's with perfect english, no accent. Then in normal speech they had a thick foreign accent...like Der Skorpions.....
