Topic: Headlight for GL1000 1978

Asking for a friend.  Is the headlight for GL1000 1978 the same CB750 used from 1970 to 1978?  He is trying to replace the sealed beam.

The way Honda build bikes back than, I think it is a pretty safe bet that they are the same.  Anybody can confirm that?

I recall the lamp on my 77 GL looking the same as the one on my 77 CB550.

Thank you, I know the headlight even matches my jeep 7" headlight, at least the back of the bulb, did not bother to check the light pattern on that one
