I tried looking for one of those but couldn't find one.
It's really only acts as a washer with a captured nut on it and as it's buried in the bottom of the airbox where no one can see it, I would just use a normal washer and nut.

This is to mount the box, or hold the two sections together?
Will ingenuity get you the same results? If you can visualize how this washer thing is used, maybe you can fab a bracket or whatever using standard hardware. There is a complete air box on EBay which looks like it has these mounting hardware, but the total cost is like $70. I’d suggest the former.

Well, if you must....  https://honda4shop.nl/product_info.php?cPath=900_143_210_262&products_id=1977&language=en&osCsid=92mkor7vr3k70tm95s7g69m0vu
Price is a bit high though. That 010 must be a typo. In my files I don't have a 17318-323-010, 17318-323-000 only.

Prolly have at least one, if not more, laying around.  If I remember I'll try to look this weekend.  It would be in the attic, so no promises that I'll get to it...
