What wheels are these?
« on: July 22, 2018, 07:00:08 AM »
Anybody know what kind of wheels these are or any more info?  steel?, aluminum, sizes?, etc.  Never seen these before.  Sorry about the bad pic.
If it works good, it looks good...

That looks like a F bike with a K tank. That is an F tail and I see the disk too.

I think you may be right Frank.  I think I have an old chopper parts catalog that has those.  I agree the seat/f cowl/sissy bar combo looks crap....wish the picture showed the pipe.  Also of note are SW shocks.

Funny you should ask...guy was all hard on the price, which was too high, so I figured I would let him cool out for a few...thanks for reminding me, I better check up on it.

If the chrome is good on the wheels,  it should bring more than a set of stock wheels cost, maybe enough for Lesters.

Yeah, that is what I was thinking.  I sold a set of far from perfect Invaders for a couple hundred several years ago...unfortunately this guy thinks he has a non-running gold mine...and I probably wouldn't even keep those wheels.  My attentioned was caught because I thought it had a rear disc set-up that could work with my Kimtabs.  It doesn't, is drum rear...
