I know I have to have 5 posts to be able to post pic's. I need to know about resizing photos on my laptop running windows 10 and what size is best. I think using our digital camera where I can pick the size looks to be the way to do it.  Just need some advice.

Hello,

I link my pictures from a web site I own.  The pictures range from 47-250k bytes in size.  I have not tried using Window10 viewer to compress a picture.  I use the picture utility that come with Office 2010 to compress pictures.
