License plates you have seen
« on: July 17, 2018, 05:42:57 PM »
Hi All,

these are some I've seen lately:

OH2BME - BMW Rs1000

ERNDIT

WRKD4IT  (on an ordinary C class mercedez)

and my former plate, which the state of Vermont says is objectionable/inappropriate these days:

CANUKVT

Not sure why the state will no longer let me transfer that plate to another motorcycle or register one of my bikes w. it.

On my 1975 Yamaha RD 350, I had RDEMD (redeemed)
On my 1996 Royal Enfield 500 I have REDMD (redeemed)

Since I made the RD350 into a race bike, the plate now resides on my 2006 Kawasaki Concours...

Urban legend, I looked it up at the Calf DMV, maybe in another state. The guy who first told me that one swore he SAW it. I'm waving the B. S. Flag on the last two!

I'm sure that Steve Parrish, one time superbike rider and now commentator owns that number. He bought it for next to nothing, wonder what it's worth now?

IOE, owner explained, instrument of evil. After a beemer they were on went down in gravel. She refused to ride after that and referred to the bike as that IOE. I thought he was a member of the Eagles club or something.
