Find yourself a local locksmith in town. Write down the serial number on the key ignition switch and bring it to him.

I've tried locksmiths, around here a Honda lock code number is useless.
try www.hondakeys.com they have a lot of keys and you can usually get one from the lock code.
Or a locksmith should be able to decode the lock and make a key. Might be $$$.

I don’t know about your 73 model 350, but my 1975 Honda 550 f has the key number stamped on top of the seat lock. Then, there are people who sell vintage Honda keys possibly matching that particular key....

Not sure what your budget is, but for about $9 plus shipping, you can have a whole new key switch and 2 keys https://4into1.com/ignition-switch-square-plug-hondacb-cl200-360-cb350f-cb500k-550k-750k/

for a little more you can have a new seat latch keyed the same

A lot of Honda powersports dealers don't stock our keys anymore, if I lost mine, this is the route I'd go.

Hope it helps

Meanwhile hotwire it.
Sometime when you do that  you have to disconnect battery at night..
