Not that I'm aware of. We just send them off or do them ourselves.
As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)

There are a couple of sources for OEM rotors drilled by others. I used Godffrey's Garage for the disk I put on my 550. He thins and drills the disks and installs new hardware to attach the rotor to the carrier. https://godfferysgarage.com/

Easy enough to do on your own. Make a cardboard template, tape it to the rotor and use an automatic center punch to mark hole position. Get the proper bit for the job (cobalt are very nice) and with the right speeds/feeds and plenty of oil, you should be able to drill all the holes you could want with one bit. I did a set of rotors before they were thinned years ago with a $3 TiN coated bit from Lowe's. If you don't have a drill press then you will have to cough up the money to have it done, otherwise, its pretty easy. Having a helper to oil is certainly nice though.
All you gotta do is do what you gotta do.

Hour a rotor, tops. Pretty nice deal for a few bucks vs $75 or so per rotor to farm it out.

The nice thing about Godffrey's work is that your $75 also gets you a thinner, freshly surfaced disk and painted center. You can easily paint your own center and drill your own holes, but few up us have the equipment to refurb the surface of the rotor.

I have great luck with True Disc trudisc.net I like the fan tail look of the drilled disc versus the in line drilled look.

Godffrey sells a complete kit  8)

Seriously though, you need a 2nd 750 rotor, caliper, and caliper arm. The speedo drive has to be modified, you need a twin disk master cyl, a replacement splitter and a 2nd set of hoses. It isn't quite bolt on, but it isn't major custom work either.
