6 x 1.0 is std.  thread insert and helicoil are not he same thing.. Good luck

As some others here have pointed out, there is no need for locktite on any of these screws. But steel screws in an alluminium casing will undergo a galvanic reaction over time and chemically bond to the alluminim. To avoid this, if you're not using locktite, do use an anti-seize paste on the threads, on all bikes, everytime.

BTW, what the Original Poster is calling the clutch cover is actually the Transmission selector cover. The propper Clutch cover is on the other side of the engine.
