*1' Honda cb900c broken Carburetor float pin Mount
« on: August 01, 2018, 08:56:37 PM »
So the other day i was trying to remove the Float pin from my #4 carb on my 81' Honda cb900c, when i began to tap the pin out (after i sprayed PB blaster on it and let it sit) the Pin mount broke in half. What is the best way to go about fixing this issue? or where could i send it to get it micro welded back on? and lastly, does anyone have an extra #4 carb laying around that they would let me take off there hands?

Mine broke at the pin hole. I used a brass bullet case over the pin with some JB weld. Then redrilled the hole out and last I knew it was working fine.
