Cb750 engine mount brackets
« on: August 02, 2018, 07:38:03 PM »
Hey guys.. so i went and got my frame all nice and powder coated .. and not sure what happened but i lost the single flat triangle bracket, front right mount side.

I dont understand how, but anyways, where can i buy another bracket, ive looked on like 26 pages from 4into1 and vintage but im losing my mind. Also id need the bolts for the brackets as well.. only have the hanger rods.

I should have one  if you give me a few days to dig it out, might have bolts.
I also have some cool billet mounts.

That would be amazing, at least the bolts..i think im missing some.. i dont know which go where!?!

i have a clymers manual, and some printed out exploded parts but i cant tell which screw actually goes on which bracket...they are all within a very similar size. any links to a better visual ?

there was a post here before with a link of many manuals and parts but i cant even open many of the links.

i only have all the hanger bolts in at the moment.

in this link, which im thinking of buying i only need the flat triangle mount for the front side.

Check out CMSNL:

https://www.cmsnl.com/honda-cb750k3-four-1973-usa_model481/partslist/F++28.html#.W2RKCdVKhpg

As far as bolts, you can just buy high quality metric bolts, it think the triangle takes M10s - I can check for you when I get home.

Those nuts are oversized to fit the grove in the engine block to keep them from spinning.

That's why I jumped in, I am in Canada. I can do 24.00 US shipped.
If you have a Removeable mount  on the other front side, those are seldom seen, many did not have them.
Does your motor have the serial number in line with the cylinders, or with the frame?

Serial number runs parallel with the cylinders and the starter.. what does this type of bike/frame mean?

also if youre up here in canada also why the USD lol? .. how far from Toronto?

You have the normal motor cases   with the  Remove able front mount on left side .. not many like that. A few motors had the serial number turned and close to the middle.
