orings for air screw mixture

Hey guys I have a 71 cb750 with stock carbs. Does the air screw need a oring on it? there is a grove cut out on it I can't find any real good views on parts diagrams. Certainely appreciate any help.I did find at parts n more orings 2.8mmx1.2mm

Unless you have PD carbs on there, you don't need orings on the air mixture screw.
