Hey guys, I’m having some problems with my bike not charging, checked stator/rotor and seems good. However when I removed the engine cover to paint a few weeks back, I replaced the screws that’s go with the alternator brush holder with new Allen head screws. Could this increase in head height of the screw have an effect with one of the brushes making contact?
