I got the same problem on my latest buy. Was the swingarm loose Joe?

I do need to fix the brake stay. So it's not all for nothing. I have a great idea how to fix that problem now. Haha

I’m working on something of the same at the moment, a 5” rim laced to a CB750 hub with a 170 tire (frame is Yamaha TR1) and my current plan is a longer shouldered bolt and spacer where the arm attaches to the frame combined with an XS650 arm as it naturally has a bit of a bend in it on one end. Just got the arm in the mail today so haven’t tried it yet.

This worked for a 160 tire on my F.
