Early style rims laced to 77/78 hubs
« on: August 22, 2018, 05:57:47 PM »
Can rims from early 70s cb be laced to new 77-78 hubs , just run the older size tires?

I found some black rims and spokes on 4into1 that I like and my current rims and spokes are oxidized

Just recall that the 77 and 78 had a 17 inch back wheel

My guess is yes. If said 77/78 is also a K.  Possibly even on an F.  someone more sure will be along soon.
