Enthusiastic drill owner spotted

Just wondering if anyone has seen anything that's been drilled more than this disc that I spotted for sale ...

He does not have the chamfering quite figured out yet. .
If you have trouble with that, usually too fast, i used a brace and chamfer  tool and did them by hand.

A very long time ago  a few folks did them like this at the drags  with disastrous results  (overdrilled)  for a time they had either approved drilling patterns or a few select shops that would do them...

I would think it came off of a flat tracker, as they don't use brakes anyway.. Didn't Kenny Roberts campaign a TZ750 as a flattracker? Could have been the rotor he used lol...
