Today, Kit took her parents to the Evergreen Air and Space Museum in McMinnville, OR. I know what you're thinking... they've got air museums everywhere. This one is unique. It has the one and only Howard Hughes Spruce Goose in it.

Taking Kit's parents to the Columbia River Gorge tomorrow... it's incredible. Going to do a sternwheel boat trip through it and general siteseeing. I think it will blow their minds.

I go 2 or 3 days a week being a non-smoker.

Oh, so yesterday it was about to rain, but I got talked into going to Chipotle to grab a burrito, kinda like a "Cafe" run, but a "burrito" run. So I warm up the bike after wiring in my replacement LEDs (which work now, woo hoo) and hop on. Get down there and it's looking a bit ominous, get out and back on the bike and it starts raining. So naturally I opened her up and hauled ass back home. On the way I saw a scooter approaching on the other side of the road. I smiled widely downshifted and waved. The rider looked VERY confused and reluctantly waved back.
Ben said, what was that?
I waved at the scooter
ben says, why did you do that?
I dunno, to see if he'd wave. hahaha
He looked so awkward.

im quitin in 2 days. wifey is gettin wisdom teeth pulled and are stoppin then. primary modivator is saving money and putting it in the lauterbrunnen vaca jar.

Thanks for the encouragement. The University of Iowa Hospitals Center for Preventative Health Care is sponsoring a research study for people who quit smoking. They are looking at how to mitigate increases in blood pressure and weight gain after quitting. The nice thing is they give you 6 weeks worth of patches for free, and they help you stay quit. And they pay you. So it's basically a win win win situation.

Yes, I'm lurking. At least it looks that way. I was here and Windows DEMANDED a restart due to updates. So after catching up on a couple pages I did it.

Morning Pills.

So what can we do about that? Short of going, of course. First, I can't afford the time. Second, my 36 year old bike wouldn't make it. Third, my back doesn't allow more than 30 to 40 miles before it needs a stretching. I guess that makes me neither Mod or Rocker. Sad.

Good morning.
I too like beer.
Good luck on the quitting smoking, been just over a year for me but I had the chantix on my side. worked great except for the crazy dreams I had and a few nightmares like I was three yrs old again

First time I quit smoking was the longest three hours of my life, and cigs still smell good to me(danger $:-\$ danger)
wisdom teeth, hopefully no dry socket= no fun and clove packs for days...

Ok so I was starting another price list to finish my forks and stopped at the emulators...Those bastages are like 160 bones! That's just crazy talk

guess those will go on next year so I can get this sled back together...
