Hey, I don't want to sound bossy or like an a$$hole...  (don't WANT to... just do..)...  but I'm gonna have to insist that each of you get your butts over to my thread:  http://forums.sohc4.net/index.php?topic=63247.0
And tell me how to design this shifter/knob attachment so I can just push down on the knob/shift lever to replace the stock shift lever that had a "button" on it.   And as always, diagrams and schematics are appreciated/expected. ::)

Thanks,
Tim

So fing jealous! :P
Mine have been sitting for a year now waiting to go on the sled...
Hey did you know being divorced is the same as being single? You just have half the stuff....Ask me how I know this....
Sorry, Goon... I hope things start goin' right for you.  the whole 'half the stuff' thing sucks.  I've been hanging with a friend/ex of mine lately and he's kinda coming off a little shallow and douchy lately.  I'm now wondering if he's either just gotten that way or if he's always been that way and I never realized it?  Weirded. Out.
...but at least he digs bikes and rides his motorcycle more than I do, so he's not all bad. :D

Good vibes to you, too, HT.  PT is a bunch of sadists but they really do mean well.  just keep telling yourself that every time you want to kill them.

Any grunt will tell ya that PT is good for you and good for me.

Goon- so is it finalized and all? She take half your goodies? At least she didn't try to take your bike, that's a plus.

I was talking to spikey about this idea.
I think welding some .5in X 2.5in aluminum dowels to the bottom of the tree and tapping some threads into them would put the gauges right about where they are in the pics

no later than normal, I hope. I'm hoping to see the next shift coming in anytime now. A dusting of snow and the place falls apart. Like this...
