Do all mens nuts get that saggy by the time they're ~ 40? At first I thought they had stuck some other dudes amputated junk up his rectum, which didn't make much sense to me.

think about it this way.
Think about boobs.  Boobs = mammary glands with x amount of skin.  heft : skin ratio = rate of sag.
Now think about nuts.  Nuts = testicles w (way smaller amt of skin)  Heft:scrotum ratio = < rate of sag
I suppose suspensory ligaments, the fact that boys can tuck up when it gets cold, etc negates some of that sag, but still...
old guy nuts get saggy. Get over it. (but have some empathy for ladies with saggy 'girls' too)
