no no no .. your missing the point ... part of the humiliation is the balloon rocketing at you .. or the sudden splash that you didn't see coming ... and the balloons are easier to hide (keep in mind people, this is technically assault )

i just gotta find someone to hold the camera.. this would be pretty pointless without pics

Spike- you're right- bear in mind, though, the water balloons have to be big enough to break... but in a crowd, you know they'd get stepped on anyway.

obviously this is all speculation and I can't seriously reccommend you DO this, just think up #$%*ed up things for lols.

I'd be careful..I'd LOVE to see video of it, but following one of the links warned that they might be funding their operation with lawsuits against assailants. Doesn't take much for assault, punching and throwing things adds a battery charge..where's one of them crazy old people that just run up on the sidewalk with a car and mangle everybody when you need one?

problem with .50 cal or other shots like that...only a few handful of people have the skills needed to make those and these days surviellance cameras and everything else makes it easier to back track to trace to gather evidence and the like...not worth throwing your life away on these "people".
BATF, FBI, State, Local police...they'd all be looking for someone making a long range shot
