Once again, one of the interns failed to read the memo.

The memo thing reminds me of a story from the Clinton White House. As you may well guess, standards were not very high for interns of that administration. In fact, one of the low ranking members had to send out several memos about acceptable behavior for the interns. Anyway, one day Hillary was walking down a hallway behind a female intern in a miniskirt. Well the intern dropped something, bent over to pick it up and thus revealed that she was not wearing underwear. The intern turned, looked at Hillary, and giggled.
Well, Hillary demanded action, and a few days later, a memo went out to the White House interns instructing them to wear underwear.
Yup, that's right. At the pinnacle of political internships, Clinton interns had be instructed to wear underwear. Please, oh please don't make me send out a memo about acceptable underwear.
