Yes, and in fact from the stories that I have heard about this, the animal rights activists tried to get the guy who owned the horse for animal abuse but they couldn't, because the horse was a willing participant, (A.K.A. the F*cker) and the man, as Helo229 put it, was indeed the F*ckee.

You raise a good point. How do we know that the horse isn't the perv? Maybe the poor guy was raped. Or maybe he's one of these "cool" guys that wears his pants below his ass, and he stumbled backwards...
