On this auspicious occasion upon which we mark our 400th page, let me just say that we all deserve a round of applause. But since we are not in the same place, we will have to clap by ourselves. Terry can clap tomorrow or yesterday, as the case may be. This brings us to the age old question; if a person claps and no one else hears it, is there applause?

In closing I must point out that 400 pages is enough to make a book. Could we publish it? That would be really shameless. Would anyone buy it? How would we do book signings? Would we get to meet that guy who talks about books on TV? Would it be possible to make a "spoiler alert" about the book?

William Elliot Whitmore.  Gonna go see him tomorrow night, should be crazy 'cause it's a hometown crowd.  He plays for a couple of hours and by the end of it everyone is drunk as a skunk (including him) and he is playing whatever people yell at him.
