Today in shameless history..........

Water tastes better from the bathroom sink than from the kitchen faucet.  That is all.

Dogs prefer the toilet, and there may be something to that.  I knew a dog that would bark at the toilet in order to have the water "freshened" for him.

Had to chuckle at his one. Despite the fact that our bassett has a water bowl in the kitchen, she prefers the bathroom. Her front legs are about 8" so she has limited reach shall we say. So if she disappears for a while, when we finally notice, we find her lying in front of the toilet waiting for someone to come and lift the seat for her.  :)

Sorry to bring cats into the discussion..... ours prefers to drink directly out of the tap, with the water running at a trickle. She seldom touches her water bowl, so we assume that when we are away from home she too drinks out of the toilet.

in 10 years I'd expect more touch-screen interface, maybe a keyboard.
