All this marquee and repeating is going from shameless to annoying.

Obviously a few people got up and realized it's Monday! No offence but shut the hell up and get back to work. If you don't like creativity, change the subject, post a haiku  or some other lame attempt at ingenuity.

Geeze Billy, I didn't think my question was out of line. I simply asked if there was a way of preventing a thread from coming up. I didn't even say that you shouldn't do it....afterall what you choose to post is your choice. My choice is not to read it and was looking for an efficient way to do just that. I wasn't trying to be a d!ck (although some would say I came by it naturally!)

Apropos of nothing I'm sitting here in the office wondering how many of my appointments will show up for their road test today.....we had a foot of snow last night.

FWIW I think that members of this esteemed forum should actually be making some kind of attempt to put finger to keyboard to post on this thread. Just 'quoting' everything that has gone before without actually saying anything seems ............ well, just tooooo shameless. ;)

Yes, I know I'm a GHOF. Does anyone else bemoan the horrible grammar and spelling that is prevalent these days? And the regular misuse of the apostrophe at the end of words ending in s.

OK, I'm @n@l, but it's writing like the description in this auction that leaves me speechless.

Thank you for letting me rant. I'm done now and will return to my closet.
