Thanks for all the help guys here is a video of the bike idling and just a small bit of the ride let me know what you think
also any one know of any good alarms or tricks in case someone ever tries to steal it

I don't generally lock up my bike, which is parked on the street in front of my home. But if I decide I want to I used a heavy duty bicycle cable lock through the front wheel. Just don't forget to remove it before moving, otherwise you look like a dumbass almost falling over (at least so I have heard, because it absolutely has never happened to me, :) )

I think the modern fitment for your back is a 130/80-17. For the front inch sizes are available or a 100/90-19 is about the stock size. Brand wise you'll get lots of advice and the price range is very wide. I've used Shinko 712's on 2 of my 550's and been very happy and they go for about $100 a set
