What 's on your smoker today?

Started these bad boys about 8 AM. Into the Ugly Drum Smoker, Applewood and hickory mix, Corkies rub. By 4 they were ready for an hour nap in the cooler. Crack a Leinenkugels's Summer Shandy, some cole slaw and cowboy beans. Oh man, now Im all hungry again.

Kinda tricky, but you'll never want oven baked pizza again!

   nothing to eat..but,,,,got the puch smoker running..after thange the crank..and all engine bearings

Still don't have a smoker, but a Green Mountain is on my wish list.  I grill every Sunday, though, and today it's dry-rubbed pork chops with homemade peach salsa.

I looked hard a the GMG Crockett....but after talking with all my buddies, they all steered me towards the pit boss 700, and an aux temp probe.
It smokes good....

Pork tenderloin today. It was good.

Building a new smoker currently.

6' tall, 36" wide. Getting the grates built now. Will hold 500lbs, conservatively, likely closer to 750, depending on how much I want to brace the grates.
