Do i have all the bearing retainers i need
« on: October 02, 2018, 08:42:28 PM »
I think i am missing one of the bearing retainer rings for my 76F engine rebuild.  Below is a picture of what I have.  My case has 4 groves,  am i missing a full or partial retainer ring?
Thanks
Rick

Thanks PeWe.  This is my first total rebuild.  Got caught in the "it ran a couple years ago story"  The engine case had a hole hidden with some tin under the final drive sprocket.  So.. I decided to rebuild with new/used case halves instead of scrap the motor.  Fun stuff.

cms.nl is a good place to find all parts, how it should be and part numbers. You can see everything for each model, year and country.
When you know part number you can search davidsilver's web page on part number and find much more than they show when searching on model.

Euro bikes have not completely correct parts list.
K2 bikes to Sweden from 1972-1975  with K1 blinkers and rear light. K6 had same. But rear fender had several oval holes for mudflap. That fender not be be found anywhere.

You found this one? Every scrapyard should have 1 for each CB750 they have slaughtered. GL1000/1100 too ;)
