Here's my setup on my 350 with a pretty much straight thru 4 into 1: idle jet 35, main jet 75, needle clip on the bottom slot which gives a richer mixture at wide open throttle.  Forgot to mention, no air box.  I was using pod filters but am now working on a ram-air system which will most likely change things.

Thanks for the insight, but I would think the no airbox changes things drastically no? Your needle clip positioning is intriguing though. Tempted to try this.
