 I got there first and took this 78 F'er home with title today. Now that I "saved it" what to do, what to do?  See (when to thin the herd) for explanation lol. It was in a barn, until it fell down around/on it. No key but the engine is free and it rolls nice.

Those foam grips are so funny. There must have been a short period of time where they were pretty cool and a select few bikes still them. At the big ride last weekend I was looking at a bike I'm interested in buying, and it had these foamy grips. I made a disdainful comment about the grips and the seller said "hey, they get the job done!"

 I like stocker grips, back in the day I wanted euro grips. I never liked foam ones although I've owned a few bikes with them.
  I'm on the bubble with this bike, I'd like to build it because I have a lot of good parts for it and I like the triple disc bikes. But dang.

I happen to like bloos emgo foam grips.  Keeps the hands from cramping

 I did get the windjammer, I just now took the bracket off. The jammer's getting cut up unless someone local wants it. I'm leaning towards selling the bike. It's distracting me from getting the race car apart for repairs. I'm really tempted to make it an F2/K0 I have an ignition switch for a gl already on the way. I may give it an oil change and a drink of IV gas and crank it up.
 I listed it for sale here. $400.

 I used a lawn tractor battery and a gl1000 ign switch and it cranked over with oil pressure. 4into1 has a cheap replacement ign switch that seems to work and it eliminates the problematic plug at the bottom. The new one has a pigtail with the same plug in pattern.

 Sale pending to a member, lives a couple hours away. Sounds like he has a good plan for it.

 I'm pleased it went to a good home where it will be loved on again. Maybe even with a big motor but I'll let him tell you about it.

 You don't either Greg, it lived under a tree for a couple years. I still have 3 black ones, send your buddy by.

 The first F one didn't have one and the second F's headlight is to replace the missing one on the first.  I sold both bikes already. Haven't even picked up #2 yet.

Not the bike, the jammer. Didn't you message me saying you have all the components to mount one, except the soft bucket (whatever that is). Total newb asfa jammmers go. 😱

  The white one I junked has no parts left. The 3 black ones have most everything. One or two are SS with the built in turn lights. I may be short on bike side pigtails, they didn't all come with one. And I have a couple frame mounts for 750K and F and one gl1000. Once there was a kz1000 bracket, I think it got tossed out.

  I found a second 77F locally and passed it along to the same friend. 6,400 miles. It's a weathered, rusty and dirty barn find but no one has worked on it, no beat on calipers, no stripped case screws, the motor is stuck but the plugs are in and the carbs and air filter box is on. I'd bet it will loosen up with a little atf in the cylinders. The only thing I see wrong is the grab bar bolts are too long and may not be metric. Someone must have removed a luggage rack. 1992 plate on it. Wow.   In between these two I landed a no title, late 750K0. The numbers come up clean, so Vermont here I come.
