Chicago DGR 2018
« on: October 01, 2018, 08:49:21 AM »
Here are some pictures from the Chicago Distinguished Gentleman's Ride 2018.

Rain was threatened, which kept the total participants down. Over 600 people signed up, but I estimate maybe half showed up to ride.

SOHC4's were a little better represented than they were at Motoblot in June and the last Bike Night I attended (which was Japanese bike night). Mine was the only 750F, but there were 3 or 4 other 750's and one 550 (or maybe 500, I didn't look hard and didn't take a picture).

Not all the riders were gentlemen, there were 5 or 6 women riders and another 5 or 6 passengers.

Fortunately it was dry for the ride. I left for home about 15 min after the ride ended and got rained on lightly during the last few miles. I had a rain jacket and glove shells on the back of my bike, but it didn't rain hard enough to be worth putting it on.

Very nice, thanks for sharing.

I have some more but need to scale them down to meet the limits of the forum (I don't like to use the photo sharing sites)
