No toy I wouldn't trade my 750 for one.

But saw one up close this past sunday and it is a nice looking bike.
Just made me think I might like clipons on my bike.

Tiumph...what is a Tiumph? JJ....I have a new S3 and it rocks. The Thrux would be my next new Triumph, if I had the cash.

It is pretty, but if I were to buy a Triumph, it would have to be a Speed Triple. I've read too many good things about it.

That Thruxton is killer, but with Bonnie bars on it. If you're over 40, that reach will really hurt.

I like the fact the manufactures are bring that old school look back but I think the triumph is a little bland. I like the look of the ducati sportclassic 1000 a lot more. It just has that im going to kick your a55 look.

It seems as if it mandatory to own one of you are member of the Chicago Ton-Up

The name brought back memories, my friend had an original Thruxton when we were in college, never got to ride it but it looked nice, I had a 175cc BSA Bantam at the time.

My brother has a Thruxton. I'm getting one as my next bike. Really fun to ride and with new pipes,intake and jetkit it really transforms the bike alot. Awsome fun bike.. Highly recommend. I'm still considering the S3 though too.

So that is the "old look in the new style" being dragged out again. I'm underwhelmed. It's worse than the Ducati they foisted on the buying public last year.

That Triumph looks like a frumpy, overweight old lady with a bad hairdo and it's got a big fat arse (literally) too. Take it away, please....

From what I have heard....this Thruxton is a bit anemic for a 856cc bike.....

Let THIS Arkansas boy explain something, that some folks just might not know.

I get the impression that some think that Thruxton was originally a Triumph name and it just ain't so. Check out the link below. I'm not to good at posting pictures yet and if someone wants to bring this one out for me, I'd appreciate it.
