cb650 carbs

After breaking #3 body, I replaced with a similar carb body, now runs fine until totally warmed up, then idles at 3500 instead of 1050?  What is causing this, ideas? The model is cb650sc Nighthawk, carb body I used came off a cb650 custom, I believe.

the 81 custom carb dont have a removable idle jet.   maybe it is plugged
