“Oil guide A” CB550

Im rebuilding a 1976 CB550f. Upon disassembly of the cases, the bolt head that holds down “oil guide a” (11202-323-000) sheared off with a wack of my impact driver to break it loose. How important is this part? I would like to imagine it is integral at guiding oil to a secret g spot of the engine or something. But does anyone have any thoughts on this piece in these engines? It’ll be a pain and 1/2 to get this busted screw out, and if the engine can survive fine without it that would be great. The part is number 2 in the attached crankcase diagram.

It is used to oil the primary chain and is vital

Kroil is your friend. Use it before you try to remove screws that have been in place for decades.
