How much paint do I need?

So I’ve got an 87 fzr1000 I’d like to repaint, just not sure how much I need. Anyone know how much paint is needed per square inch? Or maybe even just a ballpark guess for how much paint is needed to cover an old litre bike?

I'd go a 2 pints, personally. Even with reducer, spraying more than 1 coat on all the parts (front fairing?) eats a lot of paint. Better to have left over paint stored, then run short and spray too thin a coat.

I bought a pint when I had my K3 tank and side covers painted.  It was $120!
