nice bike, and looks like someone has taken a fair bit of care in keeping up the appearance overall of the bike..

in one of your photos taken from the battery box area looking down to the pod filters - what is that rod sticking out of the engine for . Never seen one like that......a grease nipple

Its he rod that normally holds air filers in place and also the side covers. Probably never seen it from that angle, took me a little while to figure out.

Yeah, that rod had me puzzled when I took those photos. Grease nipple was my first impression too, but the only thing I could think of that it would grease is the swingarm, and it didn't go there.  I'm glad crazypj cleared it up for us. I haven't yet popped off the side covers to look.

As far as I've discovered sofar, the only missing part on the bike is the prop that holds up the seat. Anybody have a spare lying around?
