Parts number 10

My Clymer manual doesn't have this info. I have 12 of these washers, 12 bolts, but for some reason I'm remembering some didn't have washers, but I could be thinking of another part.

They all get washers on a CB750.
Should be 16 of them.

Hmm.. I've got the 650, so I guess four less bolts. Why would some not have washers? Maybe I've just invented this memory. Don't want to chance it tho
