.
 Howdy,
Just looking threw your thread, and was wondering if your solution for the brake line has been working for you?
I have done many Banjo fitting mods for these old style flair fitting style calipers and could help with yours if you decide to go that route.

I even make a Twin disc kit with updated components, if you would like to go all out.

Oh BTW;  I would love to see more pix of your oil filter relocation job.

So far so good with the current solution. I have someone very cleaver working on getting a brembo gold to work on the stock fork and  wheel with a 320 ducati snowflake. Fingers crossed. It's a tight fit. I have tried to contact you previously about getting parts, but never got a reply...still interested in the hydro clutch setup. Please DM.
Oh sorry, I hadn't realized that I missed any messages?  You can contact me directly at jstephens7@wi.rr.com

Cool will do!

here you go.
seems like an angled swivel fitting would do wonders for it.

Indeed it would. But it wont work unless you do what RAF said a few post back. It contact godffery for his solution. What you really need is a fenser of fork brace  and to to right it between that and the forks. Look at my final roughing. You need a fork brace or fender anyways, or its gonna handle like jello.

@GODFFERY how about throwing up a pic of your banjo solution on this thread for anyone e who wants to contact you about it.

Yeah I gotta put the fender back on.
I was putting some new fork dust seals on my bike along with finishing up the rear Disk brake bleed.

Fitting a Ducati 320mm rotor just requires a spacer with a lip to center the rotor; the bolt pattern is the same. The problem with an opposed piston caliper like Brembos is they are too thick on the inside to fit over the rotor without hitting the spokes, or at least are very close. Also, the caliper mounts on the fork lowers are difficult to work with other caliper types. If you switch to 750 F2/3 forks, which will slide right into your 500/550 triples, the caliper mounting points are much easier to adapt different calipers. The Honda two piston calipers are as thin as the original calipers, so no wheel interference problems, and are readily available. The 32mm version used on V65s is the most powerful, and is comparable with some Brembos, and a heck of a lot cheaper. ;)

@GODFFERY how about throwing up a pic of your banjo solution on this thread for anyone e who wants to contact you about it.
For some reason I've not had much luck with posting pix to this forum, for over a year or more now?

 Here is the basic rundown:
Enlarge the hole of the internal flair fitting with a #30 / 1/8" drill bit, Tap that hole with a 4mm thread, screw in a long 4mm bolt, mount the caliper in a bench vice, pull the bolt out with a firm yank, (slide hammer works best for this) Once the flair is out, carefully drill the tapped hole about 10mm deeper, using a 8.5mm bit, (be sure not to go threw into the piston bore) then you can tap the hole deeper, first using a standard tipped tap, then fallowed by a bottom tipped tap.  Now here is the critical part... You must now use a banjo crush washer that has a small enough O.D. that it will recess into the counter-bore of the caliper surrounding the threaded hole. In a pinch, You can just file a larger one down on the O.D. till it fits. (If you don't do this, the banjo fitting will not seal properly)
For anyone not feeling comfortable with that modification; (knowing if done wrong will produce a vintage paper weight) Then I do perform that service, as an option, with the order of a fully refurbished Caliper. (Core exchange discounts available) https://godfferysgarage.com/

I have just threaded a sheet metal screw into the flare seat and levered it out with needle-nose pliers. ;) 754 Frank uses a finishing nail fitted from the inside, which doesn't damage the seat like the screw can. Rather than drill and tap the 10mm threads deeper, I've just used a shorter banjo bolt; if you can't find one short enough, just grind down the end of one until it's short enough.

Without the insert you’ll just need to ensure the copper washer fits into the shallow recess.
I found some washers are slightly too wide diameter.
You could of course file off the small up-stand.
I managed to make this setup work.

got a 90 degree fitting that works.
I checked the valley between the fender and fork of my other bike and looks like there is room.
where did that rotor come from?
looks similar to mine I got from ebay so I don't know where it was done.

Can you give all info on the fittings you got? Links would be helpful

i tried looking for a 10x1.25 fitting like the hard line is  with the an3 male end but didn't see one.
I would have liked to just use the hard line to pass the fender and then use a single hose up to the master cylinder and bypass the joint where the two hoses connect since I am using the 650 MC with the brake switch in it.

The adaptors are around , I would probably  use a 45 degree, fit your own fitting , and make the lines myself..
Here is one from Z 1 . Might be cheaper at other sources.
I prefer -3 for brake lines, stiffer feel I think and they look nicer. .
I have  run this adaptor off MC, to a line Thu the stem nut and steering tube, to a Y or Tee. Then 2 lines to caliper.. i ran without brake switch.
