Needed Help
« on: December 05, 2018, 06:04:25 am »
Guys could you advise a high-quality SUV for a big family? We're going to travel.

UPD: My uncle recommended to pay attention to Maruti Suzuki Ertiga. He drives the previous model. To be honest, I'm a bit confused, becouse new model comes with a completely redesigned appearance compared to the predecessor. Besides, new model seems so huge! So, how much fuel does it spend on a 100km?

Armada, or QX80 would be top of my list for a big SUV. You have your typical staples in the Suburban, and Expedition.

Why are you looking for a SUV? Do you need AWD or just the space? Where are you traveling to? What is the max you want to spend?
Are you looking for resale value? How important is fuel economy to you?
There are probably a few more questions I could think of before I would dare to give you a good answer which is more than an emotional response because I am a fan of a particular marque.

His profile states he's in India.

When my wife was a "Soccer Mom", we had a couple of Toyota 4Runners.   Fantastic vehicles, we traveled to the mountains of Colorado multiple times in comfort.

But it's a medium sized SUV, may not be suitable for a large family.

I knew he was in India, but it sounds like maybe they were planning a trip and considering rental.
