how to identify year and model

hello friends, help please. I recently bought a CB 750 four but one doubt is the frame number that starts with "CB 750 210" x motor "CB 750 E273". Is that engine already on another motorcycle? Thanks for any clarification. Thank you

FYI Honda frames and engine serial numbers very very seldom match.

Greetings & Merry Christmas Everyone,
Newbie here, tried to do as moderator SteveD CB500F instructed, but nothing works.
My question also is in regards to s/n's of frame/engine.
My '72' titled 750 that frame tag shows built 06/71. Frame s/n is CB750-11004xx and engine is CB750E-11007xx. I presume this means even though titled 72, mine is a K1, correct?

FYI -  in '70s America, the titles were issued when the bike was sold, regardless of what model year it happened to be.
