Just installed my new hot side boots from vintage cb750. My old clamps tighten all the way together but don't feel like they are putting ample force to the boot. (I've installed a ton of clamps before). I can still turn the boots with a little force. The old boots were hard as a rock and these are plenty soft as I would expect but don't seem to be sealing. I still have to run half choke down the highway.
