New CB650 project NC

Just got a 81 CB650 on a trade.  The carbs need a little work and I'm trying to figure out a no start situation.  I've got it down to possible spark fowling and flooded engine. Hopefully I have it running this weekend.

Also, how do I change my profile to include the recommended signature?  When I go to "Profile" there are no options for editing.

To access that page first go to Profile >  Then  " Modify Profile"  Once there scroll down the page.

Don't forget to check the timing.
