New style chain adjuster, from 754.
« on: January 23, 2019, 08:12:06 PM »
I started on these some time ago .....not having a shop sucks.
Finally got a chance to machine a few bits.
These shown are not completed, there will be threads tapped for adjuster bolt, and on the ends which will have a washer ok each side to complete the assembly..
They should be VERY  light...  just weighed them the way shown 93 grams for both... so likely around 105 or less,  without the adjuster bolt.
 Will have some ready soon..

They wont be much to ship probably 8 bux or less than that, I think.
I am thinking 60 bux US plus shipping.

I really am wondering what the weight will come in at vs other types.
Also I should be able to make them for a few other bikes. The K 7 and K8 750 has a narrower swingarm end, that may need a few changes.

I weighed them with side plates, they still get the tapped hole for adjuster bolt.
They came in at 56 gramsm so wil, be under that.
Stock adjuster without bolt  is 125 grams..
