Anyone know if you can use CB750F2 headers on a 750 K1?

If you remove the K1 stub pipes probably but as the F2 has different footrests they might hit things.
Semi Geriatric ex-Honda mechanic and MOT tester (UK version of annual inspection). Garage full of "projects" mostly 500/4 from pre 73 (no road tax in UK).

Yeah, what Bryan said. I did the opposite, I installed an F engine into a K2 so had to remove the F's exhaust studs and install the earlier exhaust stubs and 8mm screws from a K2, but it worked fine. If you're only using the F2 header pipe you shouldn't have any problems as the engines are all basically the same, as is the position of the centre stand on an F2 compared to a K1. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"
