Marshall Deeptone exhaust to CB750F2 1978

I wonder if it is possible to fit this exhoust:

This is from CB DOHC 1979-1981

i wish to fit it in my CB 750 F2 from 1978

Do someone tried it ?

Semi Geriatric ex-Honda mechanic and MOT tester (UK version of annual inspection). Garage full of "projects" mostly 500/4 from pre 73 (no road tax in UK).

I have heard that DOHC exhaust will fit but the issue is that they are wet sump so the engine is taller, meaning on our SOHC 750 the pipe will hang quite a bit lower. That will cause ground clearance issues.

Yes I understand that is correct, the exhaust ports are the same but the dohc downpipes are longer
