Well, they are quite different.
The Tarozzi´s are more modern looking and more expensive. Higher quality also...
The Raask´s are more contemporary looking and cheaper. Built to a lower standard but they still do the job...
Personally I prefer the Raask setup for av classic seventies bike, just because of the looks (and the price  ;))

My 50 cents

Cheers
Daniel

I have Dunstalls on all of my bikes but some people think they are just too bulky looking
but they are period rear sets

I'm currently using Raask on my bike but would love to see other options.  The Raask's come standard with non-folding pegs which are a pain (but it did save my bike in a crash!).  I have recently bought the available folding pegs which are fine.  I'm getting ready to do other mods to the bike and would love a more modern look.  Do you have any links to the Tarozzi's?

Hey, I've been thinking about modifying a set of VTR firestorm rearsets, my rear master cyclinder self destructed and the resevoir looks ready to disintegrate any moment.  Anybody tried modifiying something from another bike?

www.discovolantemoto.com Is a U.K. company with lots of expensive goodies. They carry the Tarozzi rearsets. I love mine, but they render the kickstarter almost impossible to use.

So the raask can be made to work with a kickstarter, ptovided you get the folding pegs and a later kickstarter lever. and they are cheaper. Though not quite cheap. I have been thinking of getting a set of them for my 750k4. Is Omars the way to go? anyone have any idea how much they are form him? His website is less than helpfull. In fact it downright sucks. Any other place sell them cheaper?

Will post some pics if it works    ;)

        Hey doug,

Great buy, I haven't seen just the passenger pegs go that cheap and you got the whole setup for that price?  ???8) I looked off and on for about a couple of months and the prices were way higher than that. :o Go figure. LOL with your install, I don't see how you could have a problem with that way of mounting, but if you should decide not to use them I would take them off of your hands ;D ::) And you wouldn't be out any money on the deal ;D ::)

                                                       Later on, Bill :) ;)

Hi Bill,

Well, if you look closely at the listing he charged $50 for shipping.   Strange way of doing it but oh well.   I still got them for less than I ususually see them go for on e-bay.

I ordered the bar clamps, etc from dennis kirk yesterday.   Hopefully it all works out....lol

No, I didn't check the shipping cost. But, like you said, that's still a good price though. Let us know how it turns out cause that's the way I'm wanting to go also. Guess I'll just keep looking and maybe I can swing a set for a fairly decent price. The others are nice and all but, I like this approach better.
                                                             Later on, Bill :) ;)
