As most of you know, I am not a SOHC4er, I came onto the forum in May 2005 as I had an interest in the 750s.

I had a few years earlier built the CR750 (pics in my signature) for my mate Chris and needed to find out all I could about these big motors as we were planing to put a race motor together for it.

The motor is done now and should be about ready for testing in the next few weeks.

A few weeks back, I was chating with a mate in the pub and he told me his son had a couple of 750s he wanted to get rid of.
He told me one was a SOHC the other a DOHC.

I told him that I might be interested in the SOHC depending on what model it was.

The CR will hopefully have a Honda Britain rep for a stable mate in a few years as I am now the owner of what seems to be a tidy CB750F2.

Bill, I don't have the means to post pics, however Chris has been taking pics of the new race motor.
I will take some of the F2 then get them put onto a disc and send them to Steve, He was the one who did the ones in my signature.

When you get a freebie that dos'nt need a lot of work, you're over the moon.

It has got what I need....frame and engine, I can see another race bike coming on

I hav'nt got it yet Fred, its in storage about 20 miles away.
I don't have room for it untill workshop #2 gets it's new roof on in the summer.
Also I am in the middle of rebuilding the RS175, that is my priority and I am months behind.
Yall will see it when I pick it up.

Heff, you got that one back to front.....I'm forty hundred years old

Don't worry about me, I've been at it a long time

The RS175 may need wheelie bars so I can get used to riding a barred bike...to be honest, I think the 175 will be quicker than the 750 anyway.
