Cinquanta anni di CB750
« on: February 18, 2019, 11:37:37 am »
The CB750 had it's own little party in milan at Nor23 garage, the biggest sohc specialist in the area. it didn hurt that the garage has a super fine wine bar next to it :). The guys from the bar actually produce a special edition bottle which was sold in the event.
In first picture are the VIPs who gave speech: Massimiliano, with the Repsol hat is the friendly  garage owner and excellent mechanic, white bearded guy in the center is Massimo Clarke, italy's own Kevin Cameron of sorts, must have wrote dozens of books. Next to him with doing the thumbs up is Nico Cereghini, more of an Italian Peter Egan, ex-endurance racer on Laverdas in the 70s and still a journo/motogp commentator. And there's a pic of me and Riccardo too, but we didnt give any speeches :) Tons of lovely sohcs, amazing atmosphere, good night out.

Looks like a great celebration, and fun with all the experienced fellows. Quite a vintage wine to boot!
