to be exact, I am looking for

           Piston diameter -  master cylinder
           Piston diameter  - each brake caliper.

John, what are you trying to figure out? For one thing, the Honda F2/F3 master cylinder was huge for two 38mm calipers; I've used a stock 14mm MC with both 38mm calipers and 42.8 calipers (F0-F1, K7-K8). If you are asking about using F2/F3 forks, there is a bolt-on option using '82 up two piston calipers, which are superior to the F2/3 calipers.
