Billy Bling

Just saw this in the classifieds??
"Hi, Its David, Bills brother. Bill went in for a heart catheterization yesterday and unfortunately they found 3 arteries blocked 89%. They had to move him to another hospital last night. He is having triple bypass surgery in the morning. Its been crazy to say the least."

He went home Saturday. All good!
Talked to him this evening and except for the obvious discomfort, he's doing really good!

I talked to him yesterday. Said he was ready to go racing. Obviously that was a joke but it was a definite indication that he's feeling a lot better. Apparently his hospital recovery was so quick, the doctors paraded him around to the other patients as an example of how well they would be in short order.

It was good to hear Bill so upbeat. Honestly, based on my personal observation, he's not been doing well for a while so I was really happy that the old buzzard was flapping his wings again. His new Moto is; don't sweat the small stuff because life is too dang short. Look for him to be back in a bike at the end of the season. He still has a long road to recovery ahead so send him some prayers.

FWIW, Billy was patient, positive, and a champ overall through the whole process.  He even got released from the hospital early for both good health and good behavior.

I’m sure glad to have you back on the mend Billy👍😎

I heard what was going on and I am very happy the problem has been taken care of. You'll feel better than ever with the improved blood circulation to your heart Billy. Give it 8 months and you'll agree with me.

What symptoms were you having, Bill? I had a friend that had test after test for chest pain for a month before he was referred to a good hospital, where they spent about 15 minutes with him before scheduling a triple bypass the next morning. :o The hardest part of his recovery was allowing the sternum to knit back together.

BILL: Give a update on your new blood lines. We in OHIO are lucky to have the CLEVELAND Clinic 2 hours north  on I-71 - the best in the USA . The OHIO STATE UNIVERSTY JAMES is ok but over the years of dealing with them they run third behind to GRANT Hospital in Columbus just ask any Columbus Medic and them being the largest in FIRE DEPT. Thanks to all! Ended up my great Doctor did quadruple bypass surgery. Said I wouldn't see it on the bill! Wow, how cool is that? Chest plate still sore, but better each day. Still recuperating at the donor vein sites a little. The carotid artery you cant hardly tell Doc was there. So glad and grateful to be here. Got lots of plans but gotta get well first, love y'all,  thanks,  Bill

Not bigger bores this time?
If you cannot ride one of your bikes for a while, you must have parts to assemble, creating another big bore fun engine.
